The room's soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear other guests from every direction! Loud door closures sounded like someone was entering my room.

The cleaners removed my personal items from the room. they did not announce this action. it was unprofessional. also. the breakfast was not great. It lacked variety, especially for sweet options.
